Thats one of the reasons you never hear a bad thing about Justin. I hardly ever email him about my masks but when i have, its never taken longer than a day for a response. First class customer service all the way from J.

to the comment about mask makers that disappear? I don\'t know, I don\'t understand that either. Some things I can make really fast, other things take a long time, and certian orders have taken a ridiculously long time to get finished *thanks to those waiting btw, we\'re almost there* But disappearing I don\'t understand.

to the comment: "they\'re lucky they don\'t have to work 40 hour weeks"

I don\'t know about the other guys, but I have 3 jobs not counting the replica stuff, so I\'m pretty damn busy most of the time.

and someone mentioned, "those guys who email everyday asking, \'where\'s my mask\' " I would say those guys are kinda what ruins it, those constant emails are why alot of makers ignore thier emails for a couple days at a time. Because most of the time they know it\'s spam and the same email they got yesterday.

I\'m not trying to make excuses. Emails and PM\'s shouldn\'t be ignored, I\'m not arguing that. Just pointing out theres alot more going on in these shops then just, "Make your own hours, do what you want." I know there\'s days I worked at 2 different jobs all day and that night at 4 in the morning I\'m painting or hairing. On those days I don\'t even look at the computer let alone turn it on. But that\'s just me. I can\'t speak for anyone else.

    Good luck though.

sooner or later people will wake up and not order from maker"X" because of there poor customer service and long wait times( if they even get anything ) with no updates givin to the customer. they will be run outta the busness and will be forgotten like so many others makers have been.... theres really no excuse... how long does it take to type " working on your mask, should be about two more weeks, thanks ".... if there that busy and they cant give updates to there customers...they should quit taking on more orders or quit making masks and definitly stop posting there new WIPS

All I know is If a person goes to their day-job and only does half of their duties they get fired. But in artistic professions people tend to take their freedom for granted and sometimes get lazy. There may be exceptions to this but it is the norm.
I work in an artistic profession and I know that I do less than I should from time to time so I\'m not pointing fingers or anything, just stating the facts.

I\'m in the same boat with ya... and yes, I find it extremely frustrating.
I feel if people like your talent so much that they are willing to PAY you for it, the LEAST you could do is follow up on your end.
That includes (but not limited to) letting your customers know if and when something comes up that will get in the way of them recieving what they bought.
There are two types of people I can\'t stand in this life...and that\'s liars and thieves.
Those two also go hand and hand most of the time. I don\'t know about you guys, but I\'m about done getting ripped off.

It\'s not like the things we are buying are cheap either. We drop alot of coin and all we want is some consideration period!
