    I love this quote...

Quote:and as a horror fan, no matter how much you may like these teenagers -- you want to see them torn apart by bubba.  It\'s something that\'s hard to escape. We want bubba to grab the tools of his trade and use them on innocent men and women. Why? Well, obviously because we\'re all sick filth flarm flarn filths. We\'re horror fans. And if you\'re not a horror fan, there\'s just no explaining it to you.

    So true!

hopefully all is true and this movie is better than the remake jsut the word remake makes it iffy but a sequel or prequle means it doesnt have to compare i seen a clip of LF walking down the road and it looks sweet

I loved the TCM remake as much as the original, for two independant reviews to give the new film a massive thumbs up is music to my ears. I simply cannot wait to see it. You in the States are lucky in as much as there\'s going to be special screenings on Oct 3rd I believe, over here, the UK, it\'s more likely to collide with Halloween week-well that week will be more like Xmas for me.

"A complete piece of filth larn flarm filth...this is an abortion right from the beginning, when one of the characters imitates a scene from APOCALYPSE NOW ten years before it comes out."

I just cant get into the "Thomas" Character, I dont see him as bubba...
The original bubba was special, a mentally challenged redneck, who doesnt know better, with the mind of a child who likes to play dress up. He was cute and brutal.
"Thomas" is too hollywood for me.
There wwere too many flaws in the remake also
The mercy killing, the heroine kicking too much cornhole.
    The irrelevant baby plot.
I do like the look of "Thomas", but I hate the backstory
    .........
On a lighter note, I will go to this Origin movie
But dressed as "pretty woman" Bubba..
