Hey Karkasman,
Did you pay with paypal? If you did and it hasn\'t been 45 days, file a complaint and if he can\'t prove he sent it to you with delivery confirmation or tracking number then paypal will give you your money back. IF it\'s been after 45 days and you paid through paypal with a credit card, you can easily call your card company and file a chargeback and then paypal will have no choice but to refund your money. Filing a chargeback with your card company is paypal\'s weakness with refunds. Paypal has no other choice but to give it back and you\'ll receive it pretty damn quick. Also file a complaint with Ebay that you didn\'t receive your item. If the seller receives 3 complaints through Ebay that either something wasn\'t delivered or he/she didn\'t pay for and item he/she won, his account will be terminated. Make sure you also contact the other buyer that was ripped off and tell him/her to file a complaint with Ebay. That will be 2 complaints if he hasn\'t already had another one before you and the other buyer. Hope everything works out for you.

Thanks man, but this guy says that he will just open another account under some other name, I did get the money back through PayPal but I wish people like this just kept away.. i know they wont but we have to really look into the selller and not bid when people have to little feedback :nuke: Asses like this make shopping a nightmare!

Ok guys heres the update, this guy that was scamming people has been banned from the BAY , finally justice has been given!! :woot:
Well I guess he can always go under some other name <_< but any ways this one is gone :woot: :woot:

A member just sent me this link, he was posing as this member called nightflyer on a different forum, man almost at the end of the thread he starts really showing is nails.
Guys I noticed that he says that he owns SSN and that his bro own FGM\'s anyone can verify this, the other member says that he emailed both companies and they said that no relation.. check it out! Just so next time all of us can watch outselfs.
