If you're planning to recast something that's made from foam latex, I wouldn't suggest it at all unless you are an experienced professional and VERY familiar with the various molding products' chemicals and their possible reactions with one another. Otherwise, you could ruin the prop or mask in the process.

In the latter case, I would make it publicly known on a few forums (including The Effects Lab forum above) that this is what you want to do so that someone knowledgeable about performing that delicate process can easily find you, as well.
