yah ithouhtfirst one was demolished in very lat 80's to early 90's, maybe the sets from evil dead 2 still exist, but most of it was destroyed during the final scene in evil dead 2- Aaron

Evil Dead house burned to the ground...I used to live about 5-10 miles away from the site where it was.
