I guess I\'m not up on my Scream history, but what\'s the difference between the Father Death mask and the Scream mask?

father death was the original costume mass produced and used in the film, they are no longer in productuion now there are costume companies selling what you see in walmart as liscened replicas they are someone elses take on the mask after it was liscened by new line cinema. the masks in walmart are not the mask father death they are a replica sold after they stopped producing them and now newline liscences them and they are produced again by another company- Aaron

Yeah it looks really good. Maybe repainted? There is clearly a different hood attatched.

I thought that the father death mouths were skinner then the new store bought ones.....remember when billys running up to casy at the begin and you can see his shirt and the long mouth is really skinny.....Jake

I used to have a mask that looked a lot like the Scream mask, except it wasnt glow in the dark. It was made of thicker latex, and was very detailed. It was a grey paintjob, with screen in eyes. The thing that seperated it from a scream mask were the eyes. They did not droop down like a Scream mask would, these eyes were just circular. Does anyone know what mask this is?
