    anyone no what to do about an xbox 360 that has 3 red blinking lights?....I just bought a new game, have had my 360 for about 4-5 months....dont even play it much. Had been working great lately and time i put the game in....it froze...i turned it off and back on only to see the red lights....is there anything I could do other than send it to microsoft or something to get it repaired? Dont have a warranty so i cant trade it in for a new one or anything........please help.

    this has happened to my xbox 360 2 days after i got it. i was so mad!!! but there is a way to keep it better get the nyko intercooler 20 bucks but keeps the inside kool so no more red lights its an internal error.

    Thats seems to be happening alot lately you should contact microsoft for a warranty repair or replacement a few of my friends as well as my kids friends have approached me to see if I could fix that but I do not want to void any warranty. Do this fast!!!!

    there should be a year warranty on it from the day you bought it . call up micro and they should be able to find the warranty . that's what happened with my Wii after i found out my CD drive was going bad and started making this grinding sound . so i'm shipping it out to them and they are going to put a brand new one in and ship it back out in like 12 days . funny you should say that about the red lights as i was just reading something in a Game Informer mag. about it . i'll have to look it up again and let you know what all was said about it . mike,

    Unplug ur console and then remove your hard drive. press and hold the power button in for 10 second's to relieve the system of all power.Then without the hard drive plug the xbox back in and start it up without the hard drive and if it works then simply turn off the 360 again put the hard drive back on and fire it up.Should fix it.

    if u wanna get mad call microsoft the'll give u an indian to talk to for the next 2 hours and then say ok nothing more u can do send it in.
