First rule of business is - <i>Never accept payment unless you can absolute guarantee that you can deliver on time and within the customer’s budget.</i>Most customers will need to save the amount of money mask makers are asking, so when they have invested hard earned $$ and have nothing but a tentative completion date I can see how some customers might get annoyed. Especially when the completion date arrives and passes without updates. Who here hasn't been ripped of from some low life out to make a quick $$$? GOHS anyone! They still owe me US$550.00 from two hockey masks they never delivery over 4 years ago. On the other hand, these masks are not the mask produced pieces of crap licensed by the studios and demand a longer than average waiting time. These guys are artists and invested not only a large amount time but expertise and should be cut some slack. It's an insult to know this person is from NO and hides. Everyone that has had a problem with a mask maker or someone they bought something from came right to the board using their screen name and not hiding. What does this person have to hide?! I would really wanna know. Maybe he knew that the crapass blog he started would stir up crap and didn't want it to come back on him. This person tells Mike to come forward and make things right. Well why don't you quit hiding like you blame Mike for and come forward. Practice what you preach!

Glad to see you back man! For the record I've dealt with Mike also, his turnaround was less than 2 months for a Melonhead and HH2.
