Ebay Is A Joke

Hey, I know I don't post a lot in the off topic but I didn't know who else to turn to to vent.I have been ramping up my collection as of late and have been looking at Myers masks on ebay. There is some real garbage being pushed on there. I can't stand how everything is "rare" and "one of a kind".There are so many fools making junk masks and getting paid it's not funny. I'm not even talking about the big companies.I just saw a guy saying this is the "closest mask to H1 you can get". It looked like a dog took a poo with hair on it. He had it at $700! WTF? Why do people keep buying these junkers. Right now there all these RZ masks and each one is crappier than the last. I wish people would stop buying them so the get rich quick jerks would stop making them.Anyway, this is my opinion. Thanks, Jason

it's all about the quick money nowadays. These people see a legitimately nice mask go for serious money, and all they think is that someone took a store bought mask and dirtied it up some and made 700 dollars. They have no idea what really went into the making of that indy mask. Thats goes for about half the masks on ebay right now. The other half is the guys that are just preying on the people that don't know any better. They show a picture of one mask and send you another, or....some young person or newbie to the hobby gets duped into believing what they are getting is a super rare high quality mask when its actually a "poophead" mask as jason so eloquently put it. It puts a really sour taste in my mouth because alot of people tend to judge our hobby based on these experiences. In respect to all the Zombie masks.....its just absolutely crazy how many ebayers swear their masks are the most screen accurate, the closest to the real deal, the coolest, prettiest, smelliest, make you a miilionaire, make your kid a genius, make 5000 dollars a month, masks there is. When we all know its no better...and usually much worse, then alot of the indy masks available now. People are just jumping on the bandwagon to make some quick cash. That is what ebay has turned into....preach on jason....preach on...Tommy
