Personally I don\'t think the series picked up until Part 3 when the hockey mask showed up. I think I was expecting a hockey masked Jason too much during the first two films when seeing them for the first time.

<_< 1,2,3 were the originals.. its all about the hockey mask to you guys.... ofcourse i will say i prefer a Hockey Mask than a tater sack...

Hey never said I didn\'t like the first two. They were good. In fact a lot say that if Jason had worn the hockey mask in Part 2, that would have been the definitive Friday the 13th movie. I just think the series really started going after Part 3 rolled around.

I still stick with 2 being the best personaly as far as the films themselves go. Hockey Mask adds to the apperance not the films.And I can\'t say I have ever heard anyone say that part 2 would have been the definitive F13 if Jason had a hockey.
