You do have to keep in mind, it won't be illegal to use them - just to manufacture them. It's similar to cars and seatbelts. Just because automakers are required by law to make cars with seatbelts doesn't mean you have to use them.Just stock up before the law takes effect in 2012.

Halogen bulbs are hot.. they produce alot of heat. Im just gonna stock up on bulbs. Also, there will be a time when politicians will try to take our firearms... I hope the NRA keeps on doing there thing. I DO have a right to bare arms, and i wont just give them over....
