I like to think of jason as more of a badass anti hero,seeing him rape somebody would really throw me off..his only emotions should always be hatred, rage and vengeance,it just seems stupid and cliche of modern horror to be all shocking and raw and throw in a rape scene,F that crap.Friday the 13th films wern't an exploitation film franchise,it was slasher, so it should atleast keep some of those roots.that's just what I think,some people might like seeing jason go buckwild and rape a chick would work very well,I think it would turn the charector into nothing more then a sexually frustrated hills have eyes remake ripoff, which I say is even worse then the goofy frankenstein jason ronny yu created.

A rape scene?Why would anyone want to see a rape scene?Jason has never been sexually motivated in any of the movies, like i said keep it simple, he kills for revenge and that's it.Jesus, i hope the script writers don't see this and think rape is shocking and trendy, rape is sick and when i said shocking i ment special effects shocking, scenes that look real.I don't understand the ani hero stuff, he is a killer, an emotionless killer, i want to be scared of him not want to be him or feel sorry for him, Jason character changed so badly as the films went on, he became a big lumbering monster and totaly unrealistic, the further on the films went the more ridiculous they became, forever in search of another way of marketing friday the 13th so they could dig Jason up to make another $ out of him.We end up with Jason in the V's version being basicly pitiful.Now they have decided to go back and re-tell the classic parts of the series i only hope it is to bring back some respect and doesn't end up a mockery of what used to be one of the scariest killers on screen.

So he is just going to kill for revenge? I don't think they are going to make a classic simple slasher like part 3 or 4. Platinum Dunes is doing it aswell so i don't think it will be rated pg-13 as all of their films have been R.Don't you guys remember hearing that Marcus Nispel would be directing this film. They released a cast of character and somewhat of an opening treatment.* Maybe they can pull a black christmas remake and say that he was raped by his mom! That's his motivation - That would be so fucking stupid but I brought it up because i could see them doing something like that.

I heard the origin is going to be Pamela is raped at a young age by her uncle, the child being Jason. WE DO NOT NEED RAPE IN THIS FILM! Make it a normal family, not so disfunctional and hateful. One theme of the other films was that Jason LOVED his mom, yet the remake says that Jason's first kill may be against him mom. This doesn't make any sense at all.I think it should start off as Pamela is a single mother, who tries to make the best out of her situation (single with a disabled child). Maybe after Jason drowns, she just moves on and eventually dies (NOT suicide, this isn't a Rob Zombie Halloween movie). And it should still take place in the 80's. I didn't love Rob Zombie bringing Halloween to present time. If doesn't start like that, then that should atleast be the legend.Yes, I'm comparing this to Rob's film, because he had a chance to remake a masterpiece, and fucked up.I still think Jason should be around 6'5"-6'7". That's scary enough.And please, no rape scene, Jason wasn't motivated by sex at all, not in any of the films. This would be a horrible change. I hate how people say "why keep classic elements? its a remake!" because that just leaves the film to have lack of creativity. It would be a crappy present day remake, with cell phones, normal clothing, etc. They can experiment with the fact that its the 80's, with 80's clothing, music, cars, slang, hair do's, etc.I think Jason should have a charcoal workshirt and light brown pants. He should wear a weathered pillow case for the first half of the movie.They should keep Tommy Jarvis in the film. Thats how Jason can get his hockeymask. That way it has an impact on relationship between Tommy and Jason. That way, the sequel could be a "jason lives". <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" />It should basically be a part 4 remake. After the hockeymask, he should get some kind of memorable mark like the axe cut. I think the hockeymask should be like the dream hockeymask (straps inside), and be brittle fiberglass. The classic scuffs could appear, the nose scuff, forhead, and triangle scuff.It should end with Jason's death. The sequel, should be like Jason Lives, then that could be set in present day, and hell maybe Corey Feldman could even play Tommy.I would REALLY like to see CJ as Jason again. He shouldnt be an oversized monster.

someone said they wanna be afraid of jason,and not cheer him on..I'm sorry but are you out of your fucking mind?!show of responces please tell me, do you go to Jason movies to sympathise for the human charectors and be afraid of and despise Jason Voorhees, or do you watch them for Jason and what creative kill he'll think up next?Here's a fact,he's always been a missunderstood anti hero,his mom was murdered by a teenager, therefore death to all teens and whoever gets in his way,he's a big strong wrecking machine with a cunning sense almost like rambo,he's mean and menacing, but you just fall in love with the charector,and can't end up hating him.that is what Friday the 13th thrives on.
