Here are my suggestionshaving played in a death/black metal band for the past 10 years and toured with alot of these guys. or played shows with them these are the ones i recomendBlasphemy (from Canada) Bad ass band good old school black metal Fallen Angel of Doom is a MustAngelcorpse (USA) Ultra fast, ultra brutal and sick vox...Destroyer 666 (Australia) This band is bad ass live and put on a hell of a show. their music is well written and brutalMayhem (norway) masters of their artIncantation (USA) good ol doomy death metalBelphegor (Belgium or Austria i forget) Ultra fast and technical well written musicAborted (Belgium) Bad ass death metalHypocrisy (SWE) awesome band good all around metal started as a death black band but expanded their sound Immortal (NO) i did a short stint tour with them in 98 6 dates with them and angelcorpse.....this band never ceases to amaze meDissection (swe) John was a musical wizard...and a good friend. Their catalog is a mustthis should get you a good start
