Two Americans are traveling abroad and are in this city. Starts out with them having lunch outside a resturant. There was something about this city/town where once a year, demons from hell roam the streets at night in search of whatever fool would be outside. So...The Americans were warned by the locals, that very night was the night the evil ones would appear. They obviously didn't believe the story and when night fell, they found out first hand that the stories were true as they found themselves running/hiding, trying to stay alive.Does this ring any bells to anyone here.
