Anybody Watching The Terminator:

It's on FOX right now. I was very sceptic about it, but will definately give it a chance. What do you guys think?

Well... I actually really liked it too. Looks like they put some money into it. Only thing, it seems like it completely ignores T3 with the timeline and everything.That female terminator, isn't that the chick from Serenity?

Yeah, Summer Glau, hot as HELL. I liked that evil terminator guy, he kicked ass. Love the explosion scene where his eye is all bloodshot and his face is all messed up.

Well, the 1st season just ended lastnight... I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, it was shorted from something like 13 episodes down to 9 because of the writers strike.But something that's disturbing to me, is there's rumors that FOX won't pick up this show for a 2nd season... I hope it's just a bad rumor.ANy thoughts? However, after watching a couple of more episodes and it started picking up I was hooked. I think that it's very well written and the character development is absolutely outstanding! After last nights finale I just find myself wanting to see more and it will be sad if Fox doesn't pick it up for another season. It had approximately 7 million viewers or so watching the finale and Fox Five News hinted after interviewing Derek, that if we wanted to know what happens next that we will have to wait till next season! Well its on every Thursday night over here in the UK, were on the 3rd episode this Thursday, i think its great so far at first i thought it may be a little cheesy and rubish but it turned out great and the cgi is pretty sweet too!!This is the true T3 lol as ROTM was just !!!CRAP!!!

I was very skeptical going in and almost stopped watching it as they trashed several "terminator rules". Examples when they go through time nothing metal can go with them. Yet some how the Terminator's head got through <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"<_<\" border=\"0\" alt=\"dry.gif\" /> Also Reese in T1 reveals to Sarah Connor that going through time is painful like birth as we see the tv conterparts treating the trip as nothing more then a minor inconvience <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"<_<\" border=\"0\" alt=\"dry.gif\" /> . The female terminator often exibited human emotion and was not robotic enough for me, although very hot indeed. Still I gave the show a chance and it did get a lot better as it played out. I am with you on really wanting to see it return since it did hold my interest and I really was impressed with Brian Astin Green's performance and think that Thomas Dekker was the best John Connor to date. What I really can not wait for is T4 with Christian Bale as John during the future war, Now that is going to kick serious ASS! <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":thumbsup:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />
