This is a side of my little FX business that I am best at but don't put a lot into because no one ever really needs them. I'm doing a set for one member here though. There were a couple teeth threads lately so I wanted to show mine off to anyone interested in eventually getting customs done.Dental distortions are amazing, I have 4 sets myself, but each set is generic and unless you get custom plates made by him, they're not completely "personalized" to your needs. So I wanted to show mine. Let me know what you think. Here's a couple styles I do...I do a lot of neat things like mixing flocking into the gum acrylic to make phsyical veins. Also, I don't just use dental acrylic for the teeth. I mix it 50/50 with clear acrylic to make them very translucent. I also facilitate the translucency by using certain colors on the edges of the teeth, like blue and gray, to make even more of that illusion.I know most of you have seen these but I wanted to show them for new people. All I require is your dental stone models made by a dentist.I have more examples as well..but these are my standard show offs

All kidding aside Dan, they look great. You should see about making custom mouth guards or something for fighters. With the MMA fighting scene becoming so popular and amateurs coming up I think it would be a pretty good business.

Ain't that funny? You'd almost think the board was full of kids WinkI love your dental work Dan, I'm still wanting a set too, uppers for Leatherface. Just need a damn mold made. Have you seen or heard of the do it yourself kits? Are they any good, or worth a runny dump even?

Order a dental tray, alginate, and ultra cal and you can easily mold your own teeth. It's a sinch! As for MMA mouthguards..that's a great idea! Only problem is I don't wanna get sued lolMaybe I could buy a bunch, repaint them somehow, and resell them on ebay. I doubt the money would be good enough for profit though

Do you have any sample pics of Freddy teeth, or have you done any? The rippers should be good enough for me for the demon look, but I still have yet to find a good "regular" pair that I like. Do you also need a dental impression from a dentist? What do you charge?

PM me for business related stuff.I do need your dental impressions for the most part. That's how you get the best fit. They do that in the movies...so that's how I do it. I'm not making one size fits all teeth..these are custom fitD
