Roy "imposter Jason" Sideshow Custom Figure

A guy named Darkartist81 from the Sideshow Freaks forum did this custom figure up. Like alot of collectors of Sideshow's 12" Jason line, he got tired of waiting for the 2 missing figures (Roy and part 8 Jason). BIG huge thanks to Joey for posting this. I've wanted a Roy figure for the longest time and just finally said enough is enough. I still want to do some weathering to him, add his shoulder wound and his stomach wound eventually.. maybe give him some cool items.. flares, garden shears, etc.I was just finishing up my Myers custom when I noticed that the coveralls were the pretty similar. I then decided to get the sculpt finished and do this long awaited custom.I'm really happy with how he turned out and I will be doing a Part VIII figure down the road as well as offering custom painted resin masks to replace some of the more flimsy Sideshow ones that we have currently. I was especially disappointed with the Part IV mask, I will be updating my own here soon.. I have heard through the grapevine on the Sideshow board that Sideshow no longer has the license. So I am guessing that we will never see the other two figures. After I heard that lovely news I had to start making these, and on the SSF board... they wanted Roy the most. So I took care of that one first.I'm looking forward to making part VIII, I really want to find a Flying V guitar for a prop though... that would be hilarious. It was what gave me the hope I needed, that Roy and Part VIII could be made. I love the shirt... forgot how you did that, was it spray paint? It looks perfect.And Roy is available, I am doing commissions of this one and my Michael Myers... which I will post here as well. So far I only have 3 people on my list so far, but they will all be getting made together.. so it will be fast. I've got the mask and head cast, so it's just pouring a cast, getting the parts, putting it together and painting it. Right now, for the full figure... the cost is $120 shipped. I will be including a stand and looking to source a weapon for him.
