Remake Jason Hockey Mask

Go ahead and start throwing shit at me, but I really think this JASON mask looks like a run of the mill attempt at trying to recreate the original mask. Like a bad recast or fan sculpt. It differs just so much from the original that it makes it look awkward to me. If they were going to go this route why not just get hold of an accurate to the original blank and go from there. I wasn't expecting much to begin with though.It's like someone attempts a realistic drawing of Batman, where you know it's Batman, but they aren't the greatest artist so it comes off as "not quite right" or awkward looking. That's my best analogy. LOL. It doesn't look like a HOCKEY mask to me and more of a JASON mask you'd buy in a halloween shop.

I think it looks too much like the VS. mask which is crapola in my opinion.Something more classic would of looked way better..it's not bad though, at least they didn't do some crazy looking weird resculpt

I need to work on something refreshing - my hand is starting to go numb on the 3's and 4's.Thx for the compliments on the VS.

I like it, looks good to me but i'm more interested in the makeup, when do we get to see that!

I just think with all the resources they have, they could of come up with something better. Our artists here could bury anything a professional FX artist could do with a hockey mask simply because we've studied them and they couldn't care less. They think a dirty mask with triangles is sufficient....and for the general population it is.

Its not the original but its not bad.I liked the VS Hockey Mask alot , probably my fav Hockey Mask besides the part 3 Hockey Mask.Just like any other remake of our fav ffilms , you wouldnt want an exact replica of the old one.I wouldnt have minded them just leaving a hood on him the whole film like in part 2.........
