I really like Piotr, I have been a subscriber to his u-tube vids for a long time now. He does some wonderful impressions. If you want my opinion... they all aren't really that good. Seen the movie 4 times now and I also have all the clips of the Joker on my computer and have watched them over and over and over and I can pretty much easily tell if it's a good or bad impression. This guy doesn't dress up, but listen to his voice. He's not perfect, but he does the best VOICE impression that I've heard so far in these two videos. Those others are entertaining... but this guy could really pull it off just by painting his face!

if they got a heath look-a-like, and used his voice....it'd be nearly perfectthe guy does great facial expression and mouth movement...he just doesnt look much like ledger....regardless, his impression is the best I've seen

They don't sound childish enough, and they are missing the insecurity in the voice. They just sound like bad Johnny Carsons to me.
