every Gemmy lifesize i own and have ever seen has had at least one lazy eye. There is no way to fix it either. I have taken apart all the heads of mine in order to fix them only to find out its not possible.take care,Tommy

I usually plug them in and get the eyes where I like them and then turn it off for display in my collection.My friend's Freddy K lifesize is completely cock eyed.
