I took brain cause that's what most people would have said given the choices, I'd say I was a shop jock though LOL ALWAYS in the metal/auto shop, lunch, after school before school, I actually took more welding classes then anyone ever had/has in that school, didn't get credit for a few of em cause the teacher couldn't make up any more obscure categories LOL

I voted druggy/pothead, even though I was more of a metal head. Most people assumed if you were a metal head, you were a pothead or druggy anyway.

You know that one kid in high school no one f**ks around with? I was the kid that that kid didn't f**k around with (it's a long story). But unfortunantly I was also a drop out (yes I know a VERY big mistake that I'm paying for right now) so I had the vote that.

Very interesting thread!!!My high school didn't have that many social classes though, you could probably separate my entire graduating class into5 groups:1. <u>Guido/Glitter</u>Guido's were characterized by anyone who wore Kamikaze/IZOD/Kavarichi(sp)brand clothing, kept a goody brush in their back pocket, wore a thick gold herringbone chain and powdered their white canvas sneakers with the teachers chalk eraser(before Reebok). Glitters were their girlfriends who wore their hair very, VERY high. Ususally seen in stirrup pants with an over sized sweatshirt and plenty'o makeup.2.<u>The Rocker/Slacker/Pothead/Loser</u>All three are listed the same because if you were perceived to be in one of these categories then you were in all.Usually seen in flannel shirts with Rock band t-shirt, ripped jeans, a small looseleaf binder with their favorite bands written in marker, and long hair or mullet.Girls description exactly the same3. <u>The Jock</u>No description needed4. <u>The Preppy/Nerd</u>Even though they may not have "Nerdy", because they were dressed in Banana Republic/GAP/Bennetton(sp), and did their homework, and were also the school social class minority they were categorized as nerds.5. <u>The Foreigner </u>Again, no description needed.Of the above I was categorized as The Rocker/Slacker/Pothead/Loser. Even though I was only guilty of being a Rocker and none of the latter, well maybe loser...lol!A good follow up thread would be to post you High School yearbook pic, you know what they say, a picture says a 1000 words!!!!-Justin

I picked marching band. Everyone knew me as the quiet guitar player. Everyone one was friendly with me and I was friendly with them but, I always liked being left alone.I was the requisite "quiet shy kid".

lol - I like this post.I was one of the "Hybrids" - and the school office new it.I was 1 parts: Stoner - hung out in the smoking section (remember that section older members?).And I was also 1 parts: JockI had to divide my time between both groups of friends. I was lucky back then (like the end lesson learned by all the kids in The Breakfast Club) I never got any grief from either side about hanging out with the other group.But now the school office - THAT was a different story. The question would constantly come up as to why I just didn't stop smoking cigarettes and go hang out with only the jocks and be more of an upper-caliber member of the student body.pfft - pleeeeease."Hey man, pass me that basketball . . . I mean, doobie."

hell guys, im still in high school, im 1/4 of the way through my junior year right now and i hate it, i dont know if i may quit soon or not......but right now, while typing this, im in technology......yep, on the comp. at school, lol....my tech teacher is cool as hell (he is standing right behind me while watching what i type....he doesnt care)...but my tech teacher says im more of a Rocker/Stoner/Headbanger/Metalhead...since im into MetallicA, Pantera, Slipknot, Guns N' Roses, etc...btw, he says hey....lol.Chris
