Here is some more of the arms with the gloves I weathered for them. I used soft brown gloves and painted yellow with some blood. Like I said before I used regular rawhide yellow gloves before, but they are too rigid for the hands to go into well and to hold weapons, so these work great! The natural brown color coming through the yellow looks like great weathering. Well got two more first places so far, having a lot of fun! I love seeing an entire street of people collectively back up as I am coming up it lol. There is no one that does not react saying it is the best costume ever etc. Still got people saying "Michael," "Freddy," and even the wrong Jason movie! It is amazing how the general public pays no attention to detail and accuracy in movies, yet the costume is still scary enough to get first place. I also play the movement and stances of the character at all times. It was hot, and walking 2-3 miles in shoe lifts is brutal! Your legs ain't use that type of walking. But I like the added height. I was again the talk of the entire parade/town, and they even featured me in the paper. Will have more paper pics later on to as the winner. It was actually 60 degrees and actually made wearing all that latex a little brutal. thank God it is not a full body suit, which people though it was, since I created that illusion. Kids were crying, screaming, and hiding behind their parents. About 3 more parades to go and Halloween night.

Thanks guys! Got another first tonight and it was 40 degrees and windy and cold. Which was almost perfect for me in the costume lol. I love this time of year and it all goes too fast. The extra cash is awesome though to help get back a fraction of what I spent lol. I just wish I could be all my characters at once. I only choose one a year so that everyone can see it, then switch next year. But it is way to long to wait! Next year will be part 6, then part 8, then Freddy most likely. I cannot believe how good my costume looks out in the sun let alone at night. It is really hard not to look at myself in car windows, so I just pretend I am looking in at people, which I also do. You should see them jump. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":biggrin:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"biggrin.gif\" /> I could make major prize money if I went to bars, but I don't like the smokey environment.
