I had *heard* that Dave always takes FOREVER to send out pieces. I've known a few people who did receive their items, but it was something like they took forever to arrive, or they recieved the wrong item.Hope it all gets worked out.

Haha, this thread does not suprise me. I dealt with them once last year on a clean part 5 sweater and they messed me around and it took absolutly AGES to arrive. I found their service to be awful personally. I would not buy from them again because I dont need the hassel. They do make fantastic items but as for customer service, they fall down big time. Sorry to hear you're having problems with them. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"confused.gif\" />

I've dealt with them twice. I ordered a part 1 aged sweater which shipped in the right around the 10-14 day period they promised. The part 1 mask took more like a month instead of the 10-14 days. I e-mailed them about the mask and they got right back to me and were very nice and even thanked me for my patience and the mask shipped the following week. The <b>ONLY</b> thing that pissed me off with DMC on Ebay was both times I purchased from them I paid <b>IMMEDIATELY</b> using PayPal and never complained or bugged them about my orders...and they never left me feedback....which has caused me to not be able bid on some items I've wanted because some sellers will only accept bids from bidders with only with 5 or more positive transactions. That has always been a thorn in my side. I even asked them if they could help me out being as I am still a newbie on Ebay. That's something they never got back to me about. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"rolleyes.gif\" /> Sometimes they answer you....sometimes not. There dosen't appear to be a rhyme or reason to them and everyone's experience seems to differ....but, their products are second to none. I hope it works out for you, Chaos. Hang in there.
If hes running a little behind on the sweaters, Im totally cool with that and would wait, Im just concerned now because he wont return my emails to tell me what the situation is. Hopefully it will get all worked out "crosses fingers". This sweater is the one item I need to complete my freddy, I have an SPFX Freddy, Numero Uno glove, and a silicone left hand.

i ordered a freddy part 5 stunt mask a couple years ago on ebay...took 6 months before i get it
I got my sweater in 2 days and my mask in about a month. They are slow to respond, but I kept on them and kept contact as I do not fool around. I also got no feedback either. But luckily I got my stuff quick. But the no feedback and slow service will be a deterrent for future dealings. I even asked 3 times why no feedback, and have yet to get a response.

It took me 2 weeks to get my part 5 sweater and the quality is really good. However their communication is very poor.

DMC is definitely a bit unreliable with communication, and can be slow at times, but I have been dealing with them for years and in all cases they have been extremely friendly, and have always delivered fantastic products. My most recent purchase was a part 5 clean sweater, ordered early October and arrived before Halloween.David Miller even once personally helped me out by offering to replace (for free!) my Part 7 stunt mask after my brother accidentally tore it (wearing it without my permission..gahh). It took a month or so but arrived with a personal note from David, thanking me for my patience. So, in my opinion DMC is one of the nicest in terms of customer service, even with some delay. Just be persistent if you really need a reply.Good luck.
