Ok guys I need clear my head I am sure it will work out somehow someway. The sepina is from the goverment Seeing they own the P.O right? There is not alot of info mostly not understandable but I feel it has something to do with the packaging that got it looked into. Blades sticking out could pose a health issue. Worst thing I just cant do it anymore or just locally. Maybe someone else complained? A parent or something who knows I will just have to wait. They said I would get something else in the mail soon.

Maybe you just need to make sure your packaging is such that the blades simply will not be able to go through the box. But seriously... a cease and desist order? That's a bit much. A simple phone call saying, "Hey... you need to make sure your items are packaged so they don't poke through the box." Hopefully it's just that and can easily be resolved. Sorry to hear about this man... just when you were starting your Platinum line of gloves too! I'll be hoping for the best.

I would stress the point that your gloves are never sharpened as they are collectors items. And the packaging must be improved, I wrote about this a while ago that the blades should be pushed into polystyrene for example as you simply cannot allow them to poke through the box. I reckon thats whats happend, they've poked through the box and freaked someone out maybe scratched someone. You should buy one of the "Official," Metal Freddy gloves and take that to court with you and just make the comparison between that one and yours. There is no difference, they are BOTH made of metal, so they should both be allowed to be sold/sent. There is no law saying people are not allowed to buy Lord Of The Rings sword replicas and they are potentially more dangerous being swords. Nobody has ever been hurt by one of your gloves or any other metal Freddy glove, its ridiculous. Remember to keep your cool and be polite and factual and you should be alright.
