I dont think I will need to bring anything as they allready had taken 3 gloves that where finished and box with 2 gloves in it marked to ship today. They said not to worry if things get worked out I will get my stuff back. But after all is said and done I still dont believe they came after me for what? Really this is what I pay taxes for? Bullshit. Can they even take my stuff like that? I was waiting for the handcuffs and was thinking who used a glove to kill someone, LOL but was relieved it was not the case. The funny thing is when you ask a question its none of my buisness, whaaat? Its about me god dam it it is my buisness.
Jesus Ken i can't understand this those dickheads, i realy hope you get this sorted out bro as where all going to loose one of the best if not the best glove makers out there!!Am sure as soon as you prove there just replicas everything will be fine, i mean the blades arnt even sharp there prop safe for christ sake.
Allthingsevil:I'm not here to tell you what you should do, I'm just telling how I would handle it. The fact that they have gone this far shows that they have alot already on you, or what they think is something on you.DO NOT just wait until your court date, because by then everyone involved already has their mind made up on how the outcome will be..You need to find out who the prosecutor on the case is and try to schedule time with them. Your taxes pay their salary and you have a case so try that FIRST. SECOND, if he is unwilling to meet with you you DO HAVE TO get yourself a lawyer. Who knows what you could be charged with and you need to be represented by someone a little smarter then yourself and to makes sure your end is being protected. Hoping for the best will not get you through this. They think they have something on you, you need to find out what that is. Best of luck my friend.

Yes, it sucks... but the consequences are far worse. Resolve the matter and move on. It's careless and, personally, stupid to recommend he try to discreetly disobey a court order.
If I were you I'd just start using either UPS or DHL. FedEx has some kind of deal with the post office now so i wouldn't use them but UPS and DHL are their own entities and therefore do not have the same regulations that the PO does. Just food for thought.-Joseph
That's terrible. It sure pisses me off hearing things like this. I don't even want to know how I would react if that were happening to me. I hope things turn out well for you man. Much luck.
As a law enforcement officer I would NEVER recommend disobeying a subpoena or any other court order. If the USPS has cease and desist order, just use a private shipping company. A private company is not regulated by postal standards. The US postal service is just telling you that you cannot ship those items thru the postal service. They have no jurisdiction over those other companies.................Larry
