That would explain why when I PMed him for a copy to show some lawyer friends, it went unanswered. I know if it happened to me, I would have taken all the free legal advice I could.Pat

Ok first of all If you guys need proof I will show you. Why would I need to use this to buy time this pisses me off really what time? most of my orders are atleast 2-3 weeks out from being done so regardless if this is cleared it is not buying me anytime. Really good detective work I said they must have been looking into me for a while while I said certians things I am sure it is a pile of shit why they would do this. I gave the pappers to my sister to take to work so when I get them back I will show proof. Besides buying my self time I also screwed my self out of almost $500.00 next week that I needed for christmas I was waiting on payments so geuss what I see those people wont send payment now. So now my kids wont have a very good X-mas. What a great way to buy time I must say. I promiss I will never post anything about my personal life on here again. So again 2weeks how is this buying me time when all my orders like I said will take a bit longer then that? Honestly I never even had to post this and you guys might have not even know after all is said and done. I just thought is was crap and just wanted some positive input. Thanks for everyone

Ken is one of the most honest and forthcoming guys I've dealt with on here. He was informing us of the problem he is having and here you guys are acting like punks and demanding proof and suspecting he's lying when you have no reason to. Do you have any pending orders with Ken? If not... then I say you have no business asking for proof since it doesn't impact you. Even if you have a pending order with Ken, proof shouldn't be required since if he needed more time to work on his gloves, he would say "I just need more time" instead of offering you a friggin' refund.Someone's brains must have fallen out of their head.

There may be two sides to every coin but simply use your head on this. If he's BSing everyone and really only needs more time... why in the world would he offer everyone refunds for their orders unless he truly feels he can't build gloves anymore???This coin of yours doesn't make any sense.

Look man someone just dislikes me? I have no customers mad at me or expecting there gloves soon.I said I will go to court in 2 weeks that is still shorter then most peoples wait so I cant see how this buys me time? I wish I would have never posted this its no ones buisness really I just was upset and wanted to rant. Like I said I am willing to give refunds lol. I am upset by this I can no longer except payments either so X-mas is looking grim right now. So if I staged this this means I fucked my self out of money. I shouldnt have to show proof but will. Then the fact of some returned items from over seas that where violating customs regulations Then I get this letter from someone from the district court in chicago. Sorry if I was not clear with everything yesterday due to freaking out I mean I am out of work until the spring and this is my only income. So of course I panic and start thinking what is going on this is why or this is why? I mean the paper pretty much says nothing that would hint why? It did say something about a civil case? But I fucking dont care anymore what people who must have disliked me before this have to say as its not going to help. Dam guys I already have one court date I did not mean this to be trial by jury on the forums.
