My website is down I was told by a customer and when I heard that I thought it has to be because of this. Unless sabbath took it down. This make me sick seeing people bashing Ken! This dude have a pretty hard time in his life and some treat him like a bitch! I have 2 gloves ordered from him I hope the best and I trust him all the way!Like someone said earlier, why the hell would he offer refund if he wanted time! Also by saying to everyone that he have difficulties with the shipping he expose himself with shit from future consumers! Man maybe someone will think : hey I will not buy from Ken because he had fucking troubles with shipment and that way lost a sale!!!!! If this person is a minor (under 18 years of age) he/she had to use someone else's bank account since they cannot legally own money on their own. The account would have to be in someone else's name with them possibly named as a co-owner. That's the nature of doing business online. Sellers cannot prove who they sell to. Only select items are federally regulated (guns, chemicals, etc) so you are not required to PROVE the buyer's age before selling to them. If I have some recommendations, I would put a disclaimer on your website like I did when I got into this business. Here's what mine says:"The blades on my gloves are pointed but I do NOT sharpen the blades nor will I do so upon request. These gloves are meant to ONLY be props for display, costumes, or for just plain old impressing your friends. They are not to be used as a weapon of any kind in any way and I assume no liability for any damages or injuries that may occur due to any irresponsible use or accident. So, be careful with them... these are NOT toys and do not let children play with them."So, while it sucks that you're at a stand-still, I personally feel that you can remain calm and be confident that you will walk away with nothing more than a recommendation to maybe package the glove better if that is in fact why she's suing you. If this Lady in question is trying to sue you for selling a glove to a minor there are a few things worth noting...... 1. You cannot open a Pay Pal account unless you are 18 or older I believe. 2. If someone underage used mommys or daddys credit card to buy something they're not supposed to then it is the fault of the parent for not keeping cards safe and for not knowing what their kids get up to. 3. Man this lady is stupid in my opinion. Like knifegloves said, the kid must have the credit card and the authorization from the parents! and if a kid burn himself after buying a lighter would it be illegal to ship lighter????If I would want to kill someone I wouldn't use a Freddy glove to do it hahaha to much work and effort into the glove I'd be stressed to brake it hahaha. But this is a good idea to send pictures of Fred gloves. That way they will see that we used that as prop.From my point of view Ken cannot really lost at this... Come one it's PROPS!!!! and it's really easy to prove that. plus the lady thing is stupid cause the owner of the card is responsible for the kid's doing.
