My First Full Head Sculpt Early Stages

I only have about an hour and a half into this...Never sculpted before, but I'm kinda stuck, any suggestions or comments.Just know that you might make a suggestion and I probably won't be able to carry it out... <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"rolleyes.gif\" /> I was also thinking of adding spiders to the finished product, like a bunch coming out of the mouth. and a few on the headThe idea is the bugs laid eggs in this dudes head.Let me know what you guys think
