hey mark if ya got a chainsaw and know how to use it well, well just cut a good 12" wedge in the tree in the direction you want it to fall and on the opposite side of the falling point cut the wedge, unless yer on a busy city neighbourhood or get some help from neighbours who also have saws i am sure they will understand the situation
