I think the only way you could get your money back is if you used a credit card linkedwith pay pal....I won a dispute but received nothing because the scammer closed thereaccount immediately.....Because my pal pal was not set up through a credit card Iwas jacked.... <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"confused.gif\" /> Not sure if they changed that policy though....GOOD LUCK...-matt

i have filed two complaints actually. One time against a member here. I won the decision in both cases, but the member here did not have any money in their account. THe second time I won a decision, it was against an ebay seller. I won 15 of the 40 I paid back. That was all they had in their paypal account.take care,Tommy

I've done 3-4 from eBay and got them all, however eBay has that guarantee. If you file a claim from someone here, and you win you can only recover what he/she has in their paypal account/funds.

Whats sad to me is it's someone on here who I sent my money to. I thought him being a member on here, I had nothing to worry about. Hell I just sent money to another guy on here and boom, got my mask 3 days later(today). Iguess you just never know?Tom

I'm kinda going through the same thing on a sports card forum I frequent. I bought a kobe bryant topps chrome rookie card graded a 9-10 for 265.00 from another member that has 100% feedback on the forum I frequent. However he said he shipped it on the 9th of June from Arizona and I have yet to receive it yet. Here is the kicker I had another card sent from Hawaii and one from California the same day he supposedly shipped and received them within 3 days. I have pm'd him and put read receipts on my pm's and he has been on but has not "read" my messages according to the read receipt. I am very worried and hoping I get the card today. I will more than likely make a claim here soon but it is looking very grim for my 265.00. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"mad.gif\" />
