Adding Blood To "hack"

Hey Guys,

Just wondering?? What is the best way to add blood to my "HACK". I want the blood to dry and look real.... Also, I dont want it to smear or rub off when I place a Hockey Mask on top. What is the best method of accomplishing this???

latex mask paint!!!!...that is what it is made for , orrrrrrr you can cut your wrist, spritz some on there ,get medical attention then when you get home it should be dry....really looks real!!!!

Alright, here\'s what you do. Go to a Michael\'s like craft store, they will have some liquid latex, (you may have to ask where to find it) buy that, and a bottle of plain red and plain black acrylic paints. (Folkart is good stuff) Mix some of the red with a little black until you have a good blood color (you can also add some greens, blues and browns if you really want to go all out) Then, pour some of the latex into a small container and mix in a drop or 2 of the blood color. You won\'t need much, just be careful not to much of the acrylic or it will crack. Apply it in a thin layer with a sponge, if you want it darker, add another thin layer. Once that is dry you\'ll want to get some 5 minute epoxy and apply a VERY thin layer over the blood.

yup, what Trav said. You can also try using like caulk or silicone that has paint mixed with it. It\'ll be flexable, and since it bonds with itself you can build it up in layers to get \'chunk\' if you want.

That\'s what I would do, but Trav has alot more experience with this sort of thing. B)
