I would charge no less than of $3500 - $4000 to re-create this. Lots of detail work here.

I'm assuming it would have to have been cast in silicone not latex, so they could get the movement and pull it around and stretch it? It wasn't just filmed as a still picture....Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just (semi educatedly) guessing
People I\\\'ve done good business with:
Suckface (a true legend of this hobby!)
    Mark aka Knifegloves
    Alches Helborn
    Justin aka TheShape999
    Ken aka AllThingsEvil
    Andy aka Knives4fingers
    Psychosocial
    Dredd

    Waiting on:

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished, as the once vital voice of the verisimilitude now venerates what they once vilified. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose vis-a-vis an introduction, and so it is my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.

A friend of mine might be able to make me a sculpt. She normally doesn't do this sort of thing and is very busy but this was a little thing she made with a small piece of sculpting material to test out the shape.<img src=\"http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2009/350/4/0/Freddy_Krueger__Dreamchild_by_LucrataNexarii.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

That's the thing about Freddy stuff, it's so detailed and cool looking but so expensive, because of the amount of work that goes into it. I could of swore someone made a bust of this already though.
