Jon Fuller Extreemly Slow Shipping /didnt Come Through

On 3/4/10 I bought one of jon fullers mass produced alien mask on ebay and paid right away. I waited a while and it didn't come. after a few E mails I got this response on 3/16/10"Hello,I completely understand. I don't recall getting an email. But that is beside the point. I hate explaining to people the ins and outs to why things get delayed. But, here we go. I have to stay at home with my kids due to daycare being way to expensive. So that gives my maybe 10 hours a week to work.We have one car which normally leaves me home without it. So shipping normally gets done on the weekends.I am also going through a separation and that has been very hard. especially with 2 small boys.Depending on if I make it to Monsterpalooza and the vibe around L.A It might be time to hang up the mask making/collector stuff and get back into movies.It is not worth it now a days. It is too expensive and pieces dont sell for hat they should. Not to mention the huge backlash one gets when things get tough.I will get your mask out first thing saturday and I will throw in an extra one for good measure.JonI Say ok. I still didnt receive anything so I email again and get this on 3/27/10Hey Ronald,I have this crazy guy from Turkey who just won my ring victim and today placed a hold on my paypal account and made me negative.So I will have my balance back by monday/tuesday and will ship them .I am so sorry dude. Trust me I am not running you around. Sometimes I hate ebay.I will now for this add 2 masks so you wanted Mutation with the alien? Now pick a 3rd and I will throw that in there as well.Man i dont need this.I picked out a third mask and continued to wait.On 4/01/10 I received a box from jon with 2 mask in it but not the third one. I emailed him and got this res ponce on 4/1/10 I'll ship Frank out on Monday. Sorry about that. Wel here we are on 4/13/10 and I have never heard from him after sending 2 e mails. I have never had such a hard time with a seller on ebay or anywhere else. And him saying "I completely understand. I don't recall getting an email. But that is beside the point. I hate explaining to people the ins and outs to why things get delayed. " was really arrogant and says alot about him as a seller. I guess I'm not the only one who has had to wait a long tome for an item from him to arrive. I give him alot of credit for sending the second mask but it does piss me off that he offered to add the third (and had me select one) and never sent it or even bothered to reply to my e mails. I would have been completely cool with the him sending one extra one (or even just the one i bought had it been in a timely mannor) but the point is he offered to send a third and didn't bother to do so after i waited a month for my stuff nor did he bother to e mail me and say he changed his mind/ran out of them or whatever. The worst part is that he does really nice work but i refuse to do business with someone who waits almost a month to send out an item and doesn't bother to send out the other item he offered to include.

I had the exact same problem, jon was supposed to ship a blank out for me to erich lubatti sometime around the begining of march and erich never recieved anything and I just keep getting excuses. I understand his divorce delay and all but he has had plenty of time to ship my mask. I cant file a dispute anymore because I had faith in receiving my mask and waited to long. I hope you get your frankenstien and hopefully my mask as well
