Seen The Midnight Screening of Thor, I thought it was great, Plenty of Action, Good Story a few Laughs. Sold out 500 seat Theater and the people clapped and cheering when the movie ended. And stay for all the Credits. I seen it in the IMAX and the 3D was OK not great.

Went to the midnight screening. Good laughs and action, decent plot. Had an overall terrific time.

I saw it in IMAX 3D as well, and I sware they are just making things 3D so they can charge us the extra $3 per ticket.

3D is cool. Seems almost like a fad at the moment but yet I still pay the extra $3 and have a 3D telivision lol. Overall I thought it was a good movie and def. stay till the credits. Can't wait to see the Avengers movie.

for the guys that have seen it. My 7 yr old son wants to see it. Is it appropriate for a child that age?

I think it was appropriate. There was a couple kids that were under 7 in there. I think maybe the Frost Giants might be scarier for someone young but other than that I think a 7 year old would love it.

I thought the movie was pretty good. I had low expectations as I don't really care for Thor but it was decent. Loved Tom Hiddleston as Loki. Glad he'll be back for Avengers. Visual effects were crappy some times though.

I saw it and am taking my five year old back to see it. I guess it depends if the pseudo-violence is too much for your child. It's fairly tame....no blood or anything.... It's like Spiderman violence...

Caught the midnight showing and I am blown away. What an amazing flick. Fantastic special effects and a killer story. It really made me feel like a kid again watching this one. The mythology really tied in well. It was also really nice to see how they tied in a few other Avangers throughout the flick.

Oh, and did I mention Natalie Portman??

I too caught it at midnight. I though it was great and I'm not much of a Thor fan nor do I know as much about him compared to other Marvel characters. The Destroyer was so badass. Hopkins and Hemsworth were great but I thought Tom Hiddleston was the best thing about the movie. I thought he was perfect as Loki from what I've seen of him in the comics. Overall a great movie and I plan to see it again in theaters.
