Whats A Good Place To Get Leather For Straps?

I was wondering if anyone know a good place where i could get some leather or leather belts to make some hockey straps that won\'t cost me $20 per belt?

Wal Mart has leather dog collars for around $6 a piece. 22" or 20" is the same price. Hope this helps.
