i did threaten him with legal issues ang bringing his local authorities into it and i even sent him a copy of all the emails and paperwork i had. when i did threaten him he responded by saying that there was no need for that and that i would get my mask soon and that was about 6 months ago. i tried to email him again but his address no longer workes.

well get your shit going dude. go through with those threats, at least bring this criminal to justice lol. anyway, i would seriously go through with it, because if you wait too long, you can\'t do anything about it. 6 months is crap...
well theres no way in hell that i\'m going to give up looking for him. even if i have to drive to kentucky all 2000 miles. and i\'m dead serious about that. i will drive down there and look for him and if he\'s not there i\'ll look some where else. i take this matter very personally. a lot of people might say why would you take this so seriously...it\'s only a Hockey Mask. well i don\'t care what it is! it could be a friken lampshade. the point is i HATE be being screwed over as do all people. i paid him hard earned money for what should have been my first Hockey Mask. i intend on getting either my mask or my money back.
Can\'t say as I blame you... I got screwed last year on eBay for 512mb of RAM. I sent emails, made phone calls, and contacted as many authorities as I could. Just when I thought I\'d never see my RAM, he emailed (6 months later) and said he was sending it right out and that it was crazy all the people I had on his ass...sure enough, I got the RAM a few days later.
It may take awhile, but if you contact the right people, you should get your stuff...but then again, driving there might be a good idea too!
