Is NIGHTOWL the same? No. As for Paul, I don\'t understand these people. Destroy your rep permanently for a few scores (or extra bucks) and then have to dodge the law the rest of your life. How can you be that dense in your mid 30\'s?

This is going to sound harsh, because it kind of is:

Never send a product without receiving payment in full. Never. Nobody is famous or kind enough to avoid proper processing and purchasing requirements. James, I wouldn\'t even send YOU anything without receiving payment in full first. That\'s just the way you have to operate when selling your wares online. If you don\'t, things like this will happen eventually...

By the way, the circumstances of this crap are extremely strange, and I\'m not sure if I would so readily believe any of it. Searching your legal options is the only way to get any type of upper hand on this situation, if that\'s even possible at this point.
