Actually I took Spaz\'s advice and cut out the actor\'s neck piece. I had already cut off the NLC flap, but didn\'t cut all the way up to the dead skin. It lets the mask fall into a great shape when worn because the bottom\'s not held up by the back anymore. It fits GREAT now. Can\'t believe it never occurred to me to cut that part off. You live and you learn.

well if u want to make it smaller, ur suppose to put in the dryer. at least that\'s what some mask makers told me.

Don\'t do that! The latex will melt and it will turn to mush. Remember that this is a Rubie\'s mask we\'re talking about here. Plus the wig will singe.
