    Looks like you\'re off to a good start!

    VF_31 beat me to this... At this phase of the sculpture, you should be concentrating on the overall shape and anatomy of the head and face. Meaning: You should sculpture him without any scars at all, first. Get the face and expression down first. Get it looking like Fred but with out the scars. Then go in and hit it with the scars and details. You can add a shape of a scar here and there if you need to judge size or accuracy.

    i started off doing that but i was getting bored with it, ill cover up the burns and try again. thanks for the help guys Smile

    it is really coming along its your descision for a closed or open mouth but there are inly a few with closed mouths my fave is the boiler room brawler

    hey TCM , quick question . how much clay should i get like pound wise and around what price range would it be if you know off the top of your head ? man i can\'t wait to get this started . and yeah i was thinking the same one as you were . Wink

    My main oppinion is that you lower the eyebrows or raise the eyes; either one. Also, yes you should thin out the jaw a bit, then it will look better.

    if I could make a suggestion I\'d say the brow line is too sharp with the eyes too sunken in, and the cheeks bones and areas under the eyes need to be built up more.

    looks like a cool start though.
