    I just finished sculpting a mini-Hockey Mask the size of a 13 year old\'s palms lol. i want to cast it so i can make plastic "hockey masks", what do should i use?
    *EDIT* pic added. the black stuff is the fake weathering i tried lol
    this sucks probably but i tried my hands on it

    Mold the fucker in a flexible material, silicone is best but failing that latex get a good thickeness for the mold then a plaster shell over it to keep its shape when you\'re casting. Let the mold dry then fill it with plaster the plaster positive will be your vac buck. Drill some appropriate holes through it and look up instructions to build a vac table and frame, this shouldn\'t be hard given the small scale you have. You\'re going to need a very thin guage plastic since it\'s so small, a good hobby shop will have the right shit, use abs or styrene.

    I used that sites model as the concept for mine, made some heavy modifications to it though works wonderful.

    Death Lester, I made a couple hockey masks from it, I don\'t have any pics on my comp but the chosen one owns them both.
