Fired

Just came back from vacation today only to be fired. Awesome. They are taking the IT department in a \"new direction\".

\"Hey come in here a sec. How was your trip? Sounds like you had a good time, how was the weather? Wow, rained every day? Well, the real reason I called you in here was to let you know that we have to let you go.\"

I wasn\'t very happy there anyway, I hope I can find something in graphic/web design this time, that is what I went to school for in the first place.

Damn Jeff, I know EXACTLY how you feel.
I was an AS400 sys op and PC tech years ago. Went on vacation for a week, came back, everything was fine. 2 hours into the day, BAM!
Sucks, big time. Got a few months pay though when I signed the waiver that I wouldnt come back and sue them
