OK so I have it straight this mask was a Captain Kirk mask (which was the same kind they use for Halloween) right? Then it was just painted to look exactly like Michael\'s mask from Halloween???

sorry Im still hazy on the whole Myers/Captain Kirk deal...

The mask in halloween and halloween 2 was a 1975 Don Post Captain Kirk mask with larger eyeholes cut, side burns removed, hair from eyebrows removed then painted white. This mask is a ul75 pull which is a clay press and enlargement from an enlargement of a 75 kirk. So it originates from the original mask, but the detail is washed out etc, hope that makes the whole myers deal a little clearer for ya
