I have around 15 masks from Bob. Never once has he failed to deliver product. In fact several times he has gone above and beyond the call of duty. One time there was a production problem and we quickly worked out another deal. Bob wants all of his customers to be satisfied. Those that flip shit about him are trying to advance their own agenda, not look out for others.
