I used to be in a death metal band like 4 years ago. I was the lead singer and our name like changed all the time. Maskord, Ekoli, Torso, Dead Cell, eventully people kept quitting and no one wanted to practice so I said screw it. As of now I play bass, well just learning. I\'d like to get in another band but I doubt that\'ll happen anytime soon.

I have a job. I just played in the band on the side. I used the money I made in the band for gas money.

I sing in a band named [url=\"http://www.negativej.com\"]Negative J[/url]. A few people have referred to our sound as kind of a cross between AIC and Tool. I can\'t really hear it...you guys decide. We\'ve been together for 4 years, have recorded an album entitled Nexus, which you can purchase [url=\"http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/negativej\"]here[/url]. The highlight of the band so far, besides putting out our album, was the chance to open for Finger Eleven (more Canadians may know them)....it was absolutely amazing to play for a couple thousand people :o !
We\'re working on our second album now.

Here are some pics of the band I was in, it was called "Strut". We played alot of the 70\'s, 80\'s...and modern rock. On Halloween, we all got to dress up....I was Jason from prt 8. It was a blast!

I play guitar and sing in a band caled The Shape (yeah, what a coincidence eh?) Anyway, we\'ve been together for 3 years and have done 5 national tours, all lasting 2 months or longer. It is my life outside of collecting horror stuff. Our debut album was released on a southern CA indie label called [url=\"http://www.missingwords.com\"]Missing Words Records[/url] and we are currently working on a new full length album, but will soon be releasing an EP with a label yet to be determined. We are basically indie rock. Our influences come from bands such as Braid, Hey Mercedes, Mock Orange, Counterfeit, No Knife, and The Casket Lottery. I\'m one of the newest guys here and I, too, have a band. We\'re a gore-grind band named VENEREAL MESSIAH and we formed this past spring.

We have a demo out that I can send to anyone as well as shirts that are available, too!

If anyone here is into extreme metal (brutal, death, black, grindcore, etc...) I\'d love to talk to ya about it!
