You need java to use it. Click the word [url=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/index.php?act=chat\"]Chat[/url] at the top of the page.
Or, if you have a separate IRC client (a chat program that connects to IRC servers), you can use this link: irc://irc.xelium.net/NIGHTOWLpro
I use this, so I\'ll be connected 24/7, I may not always be physically here though (known as idling).
