Willie, not exactly, there are differences between ESB Fett and ROTJ Fett, subtle but they are there to the discerning eye :wink:
Full costume, well, never say never right? LOL! Probably at some point yeah I will have a full suit, right now I have a couple other porjects on the go, and on deck, so the rest of Fett will have to wait a little bit.
