That SAW shirt you are speaking of was NOT made by Rotten Cotton... They only made 2 shirts for SAW and they were officially licensed. Check out their site for them... the shirt you are speaking of looked like fucking shit
Chas Balun is a god of horror art and I doubt he would just take a pic of that puppet and use the cut-out filter on Photoshop like that one. The only ROTTEN COTTON designs at Hot Topic were: Land of the Dead, Maniac, Day of the Dead, and maybe one or two others that I am not remembering.
