From my experiences of making and selling things to people, answers like that start happening once you\'re losing interest and when you say those things, nine times out of ten, you haven\'t even started. You\'re just trying to keep your customer all happy and fed. Some people put too much trust into something when they need to just realize the maker has stopped completely. Not that thats the case, it just sounds like it.
