I will give you a little insight into this.
Dan and I have talked in length about this and have approached a maker about this project. To be quite direct... we both want a collector\'s edition of everyone\'s favorite zombie, but we can not afford the usual $1000+ for the ones out there now (yes, sometimes it does suck to be middle-class).
Let me say this... for the time being, the artist will remain nameless until we have persmission to let it be known... so please do not ask. I understand that this will influence some people\'s decision... but that will come with time. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed

The Deal....
The piece would be limited to 10 busts ONLY!! The cost will be $300 (most likely + shipping) but a deposit of $50 would be required BEFORE the sculpture is started (I\'m going to assume the deposit would be non-refundable). The remaining $250 would be due once the prototype is complete... obviously before the piece enters production (as usual).
If you are worried about what number bust you would receive, please do not respond. Dan, the maker and myself do not wish to get into the whole "I\'ll buy one if I can get #__" business.
If there is enough interest in this project, it would most likely begin production in June (after receipt of ALL deposits).
Of course there will be several details to be worked out but we are gauging interest. Aside from the usual "I\'m in", if anyone has any constructive opinions please let us know. For example..."Is there a need for such a project?" " Are there enough (affordable) "favorite zombie" busts around?"
Personally, I would like to keep this project in the NIGHTOWL family, but if there is not enough interest here, I will take it to other forums.
Remember, just because you say you are interested right now... this in no way means you are added to "a list". If this project happens to get the green light, we will give you all fair warning. I guess with Dan and myself, there would only be 8 spots remaining. Then again the proto will go to either Dan or myself...
