My job requires very long hours sometimes 16 hr days for 5 - 6 days a week and then I try to go to the gym 3-4 days a week.
Last winter I had a terrible cold and couldnt shake it for about a month, month and a half. Needless to say i eventually took a week off and slept alot and it went away. Point is, never underestimate rest and your meds.
